Statement of Philosophy:
The GM Age Group competitive program is designed to provide an opportunity for children who want to better themselves in competitive swimming and diving. The GM philosophy is that children who are exposed to a moderate amount of training at an early age will not tire of competition, and will continue competing through high school or further. The proper balance of skill development and conditioning to prepare for competition is a primary objective of this program. This program is run by the GM Parents' Aquatic Club.
