  • We believe students learn best when they are prepared for the economic and social challenges of a global society.
  • We believe in rigorous curriculum for all students while attaining a clear acceptance for all diversity.
  • We believe it takes a team to provide an appropriate education for all: students, parents, teachers, counselors, administrators, coaches, advisors, cafeteria staff, secretaries and custodians.
  • We believe students should have a clear understanding of the world beyond their immediate community.
  • We believe the increasing impact of technology in the world must be acknowledged and embraced by teachers and administrators.
  • We believe the ability to learn exists in every student. Being able to embrace this will lead to lifelong success.
  • We believe students will be more likely to flourish if a mutually respectful relationship is established between the teacher and the students.
  • We believe interpersonal skills and relationships are critical to the learning process.
  • We believe in providing a safe and engaging learning environment that honors different learning and teaching styles and displays respect for diversity.
  • We believe the single most important factor relating to student achievement is a competent, caring and driven teacher.
