WELCOME TO BRECKNOCK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Brecknock Elementary School provides a safe, nurturing environment where students develop talents and abilities. Through a dedicated staff and supportive administration, Brecknock displays pride and high academic standards.
Brecknock Elementary School meets the needs of all its students by providing support through Title I Reading, Instructional Support, Guidance Counseling, Special Education Classrooms and Gifted Services. A variety of programs that include Reading Camp, Summer Library, Preschool Storytime, Arts Day, Parents as Reading Partners and Children’s Gardening Project enhance student and community life at Brecknock.
The school building is used after school hours for community meetings by Girl Scouts, Brownies, recreation leagues, and community soccer and baseball.
With two new playgrounds provided through the PTO within the last four years, we encourage our families and community members to use the school facilities as a viable part of the Brecknock community.
