Computer Applications - This course is designed to give students an introduction to a variety of software programs to solve specific problems and complete assigned projects.  At the completion of this course students should be able to demonstrate basic computer operations and choose an appropriate program for the given task.  This background knowledge will prove beneficial in future courses requiring the use of technology. Software programs that are utilized in this class include UltraKey, Microsoft PowerPoint,  Windows Movie Maker, Microsoft Front Page, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Excel, Inspiration, Internet Explorer and photo editing software.
