In honor of their 50th class reunion, members of the Class of 1959 donated money toward the purchase of new furnishings for the high school library. The Class of 1959 also donated the wooden book display unit on the right.

Class of 1959 alumna, MRS. NANCY FICHTHORN, coordinated the gifts with high school librarian, Mrs. Susan Dempsey.

Governor Mifflin Alumni who interested in contributing gifts to the Education Foundation should visit the Education Foundation webpage. The Governor Mifflin Education Foundation is dedicated to providing innovative instructional technology to the Governor Mifflin School District. The Foundation seeks individual gifts and bequests from corporate donations, as well as a broader population base including alumni, parents, students and friends of the district.
