Welcome to the Senior High School - the final stage of a Governor Mifflin School District education. Each student is encouraged to elect a challenging program of studies that best addresses their interests, abilities, and future plans. Students are guided through a career pathway program that focuses on a career and instruction at the next level. Course sequences are divided into advanced, college prep, and career/technical prep.
There are 131 courses to select from, with electives in every discipline. Fourteen advanced placement courses are available to students desiring to get a jump on college credit along with a dual enrollment program through Reading Area Community College. Students may, also, select from one of thirty-five different career areas offered on a half-day basis at Berks Career and Technology Centers, East or West.
A wide variety of co-curriculum offerings are available to all students including athletics, music and a full complement of clubs and organizations.
