FINANCIAL AID/SCHOLARSHIPS

Scroll down for a current list of scholarships

Costs of higher education are rising sharply. Because of these spiraling costs, colleges have many of their students on some kind of aid. Cost alone should not prevent the student from applying to college because money is available from various sources. Although competitive or merit scholarships continue to be available, much of the financial assistance awarded to students is granted on the basis of financial need. Counselors can assist students in finding information and in applying for financial aid.
