B.A. in English from Elizabethtown College
M.Ed. in English Education from Millersville University
I currently teach Senior English
As a freshman, I entered Elizabethtown College intending to graduate with a degree in Communications/Public Relations. However, I found myself gravitating towards classes in the English curriculum and by the end of my sophomore year, I changed my major to English with a concentration in literature. After graduating from Elizabethtown, I attended West Chester University for graduate school and was awarded a teaching assistantship. Though I had never considered teaching prior to this experience, I realized that I truly loved it and decided to transfer to Millersville for my teaching certification and Master's Degree. This marks my 15th year at Governor Mifflin and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here as I have been blessed with wonderful colleagues and great students!
