Here are some activities to practice in your spare time:

  • jump rope
  • play catch with a ball or frisbee
  • dribble a ball with each hand
  • kick a soccer ball or football
  • s-t-r-e-t-c-h your muscles slowly
  • strengthen your muscles - do sit ups and push ups
  • go for a jog or walk
  • ride your bike
  • go swimming

Have fun practicing these activities, but most importantly, keep your body in motion!

Be active, be healthy.
