Here are some activities to practice in your spare time:

jump rope
-
play catch with a ball or frisbee
-
dribble a ball with each hand
-
kick a soccer ball or football
-
s-t-r-e-t-c-h your muscles slowly
-
strengthen your muscles - do sit ups and push ups
-
go for a jog or walk
-
ride your bike
-
go swimming
Have fun practicing these activities, but most importantly, keep your body in motion!
Be active, be healthy.
