Hi, my name is Michael Thiry and I am the physical education teacher at Cumru Elementary. I am a 1973 graduate of Governor Mifflin. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education from Penn State University and a Master of Education degree from Kutztown University. Along with my teaching responsibilities, I am an assistant coach of the girls cross country team and girls track and field team at Governor Mifflin senior high school. Outside of school my interests include: time with my family, jogging, biking, golf, and gardening.
