5 GM Swimmers make Middle Atlantic JOs

Five Governor Mifflin swimmers have made qualifying times for the USA Swimming, Middle Atlantic Junior Olympic Championship meet to be held at Glouchester Institute of Technology (GCIT) on March 14-16th.  The following swimmers, with their number of qualifying events in parentheses, have qualified for this difficult meet: Ben Gerhard (2), Eliza Enriquez (5), Shane Stauffer (8), Camryn Hubric (3), and Emma Steckiel (3).   Congratulations to these swimmers and all of the swimmers who competed in USA Swimming throughout the season.  They traveled to additional meets in Mechanicsburg, PA and Mt. Shane Stauffer lowers his own school record

Congratulations to Shane Stauffer for lowering his own team record in the 200 free by over 6 seconds at the Jersey Wahoos Last Chance Invitational.  Shane qualified for JOs with this swim, giving him 8 qualifying times for the Middle Atlantic Junior Olympic meet, to be held on March 14 - 17 at GCIT in New Jersey.
