This message was sent via Skylert only to elementary school families who have students enrolled in the Ready. Set. Read! program and who will need to adjust after-school schedules. It is shared here for informational purposes only.

The United Way “Ready. Set. Read!” program will not be taking place until further notice. This after-school program is supported by volunteers from The Highlands, a local retirement community. Our partners at The Highlands are taking extra precautions for their elderly residents in light of the coronavirus (COVID-19), which has demonstrated the largest effects on the elderly population. We respect the decision of The Highlands staff and understand that this is a precautionary measure to protect their residents. We look forward to working with this group again in the future when they are ready to return.

Please plan accordingly for your child to come home at regular times. tomorrow.

Thanks for your partnership and support of our students!
