General (Non-emergency) updates will be sent via email through the Skyward “Skylert” system. More urgent or emergency messages will also include a phone call through Skyward. Parents/guardians can ensure they receive these messages by updating and maintaining contact information in Skyward. Parents/guardians of current Governor Mifflin students who do not currently have a Skyward login, should contact their child’s school to set up an account.

Social Media

Governor Mifflin uses Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to share day-to-day activities and news with our larger global community, including tax payers, alumni, and families. Social media channels will continue to be used for emergency messaging, including closures or unplanned early dismissals.  While we encourage families to follow district social media accounts, it is important to note that Skyward and this website will be the primary modes of sharing COVID-19 related information.
