The Governor Mifflin School District math curriculum is designed to empower all learners in mathematics. Our courses were designed to meet the Pennsylvania Core Standards in Mathematics.

There are varieties of courses at the secondary level.  We offer courses to meet the needs of all students including students completing their study of Algebra 1 up to and including AP courses that include content typically learned at the collegiate level.  Pennsylvania has revised graduation requirements for all students in the class of 2017 and beyond. In addition to previous state and local graduation requirements, these students are required to take and reach proficiency on the Keystone Exam in Algebra 1.  Students who have completed Algebra 1 but have not yet reached proficiency are provided with a course to provide the additional instruction they need to learn this critical course content.

Please see the current Program of Studies book for high school course sequence and descriptions.
