Athletics are an important extension of the educational program and a privilege afforded to our students by the Governor Mifflin community. Governor Mifflin students have diverse and equitable opportunities to earn memberships on teams and become well-rounded, accomplished student athletes who respect and take pride in themselves, their team, the school, and the community. Student athletes are required to meet established standards in the areas of school attendance, academic achievement, and proper conduct.
The Governor Mifflin Board of School Directors provides funding for 31 varsity teams and a total of 78 high school and middle school levels in which over 1,250 roster spots are filled.
