The annual Homecoming Parade is organized by our Governor Mifflin High School Student Government Association and features our Governor Mifflin Marching Band and all of the excitement of Mustang Nation!

In 2021, the parade is scheduled to take place on the morning of Saturday, October 2. The parade steps off at 9:30 a.m. from Governor Mifflin Intermediate School and will wind through Shillington.

The parade will end at the Community Tailgate Party in front of Governor Mifflin High School. Follow us there and watch us crown our Homecoming King and Queen!

The parade will leave from Governor Mifflin Middle School and turn left on onto South Brobst Street. It will follow South Brobst Street to Mifflin Boulevard, turning right onto Mifflin and then left onto Taylor Avenue. From Taylor, the route turns left onto Marshall Drive and then left onto Elkins Avenue, left again onto High Boulevard and then a final left onto Mifflin Boulevard.

The marching band and any parade participant with space reserved at the Tailgate Party, will enter the tailgate via New Prospect. All other parade participants should disembark along Mifflin Boulevard immediately following the parade.
